Ah! A new year! I honestly cannot wait for 2o13. 2012 was such a trying year for me. In addition to being our first year of marriage, I completed a whole year of living outside the USA. The British lifestyle isn't too different from the American one, but believe me, the little differences become bigger and bigger the longer I lived here. Now the one year hump is gone, and I'm starting to become excited for the wonderful things 2013 will hold!

This year you'll see the launch of Jolovka (Coming February 2013); a car & the results of my DVLA exam, so I can finally drive here; my 28th birthday (eek!); my little brother's wedding; my friend's wedding; and hopefully a Christmas in Texas! Yes friends, TWENTY13 should be grand!

What about a new years resolution? Saving, saving, saving! We want to be able to buy a little home to call our own. I came across this wonderful little site. And then we saved.  I recommend it. She talks about how she went from a $26k debt to $0 in 15 months. I'm inspired. Fortunately, the only debt I have comes from my student loan. Oh you pesky little student loan! But, like my brother says, "I wouldn't have been able to have my job now if it wasn't for that education."

So there we are. I cannot wait to share new adventures and discoveries with all of you! This will definitely be a great year! ❤
