If I haven't mentioned it already, I love Pinterest! When I was growing up I used to love to cut out pictures from magazines and create little collages all over my school binders and closet doors. Pinterest is kind of like that. I love to look through pages of some of my favourite designers, photographers, bloggers, friends, and businesses. I love it!

The other day Natalie Kilgore or Natty Michelle pinned this, "5 Ways Pinterest Can Benefit Your Blog." I had first heard of Natty Michelle when we had hired her to make a water painting map for our wedding. Gorgeous stuff. Her post, and a post from A Beautiful Mess that talked about how using Pinterest can help you find your design aesthetic, got me thinking about a Jolokva vision board!

So, I created a board and placed pictures of what I envisioned for Jolovka. It helped that John and I had made a list of words we liked that described our company/online shop. Words like "whimsical", "charming", "vintage", & "rustic" were all on there, just to name a few.

Here's our jolovka vision board:

I'm thinking of making a career board of where I want to be and possibly a travel board of places I want to go. I think Pinterest is wonderful!

What are some boards you'd make?
