Bam!

There it is in BIG BOLD LETTERS. No, this isn't some hint at my husband. Bahaha! Could you imagine?! No, no. It's for me to commit to waking up at 7am and commit to my morning jog. Ok, it's more like a bouncing walk, but still. It's to commit to exercising... and waking up at 7am. Ha!

I've been doing some online article reads and I came across this article. If you follow me on pinterest you probably saw the pin. If you don't, why aren't you following me on pinterest?? Back to the topic, it discusses the mornings of SUPER SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE. And because I'd like to be successful, I decided to COMMIT. [Aha! See what I did there?]

Ok. So, here's what I'm doing. I'm committing to waking up at 7am going for my morning bouncing walk and returning to my Shaklee 180. I am oh so determined to work my way down to a size 6. I've never been a size 6, like ever, and I'd like to finally be there. So, COMMIT I shall! I started on Monday and I'm pretty exhausted. Ha! C'mon! It's for 7am, so I'm up at 6:30-6:45, but while I lie in bed staring at the back of my eyelids, Justin Timberlake comes up on my morning alarm and I just think, "COMMIT KAT. COMMIT." Then I'm up! It's my trigger word! Do you have one? My friend's used to be "DISCIPLINE." And last summer I would use "DREAMS." Now, I've moved to another word. You should really get a trigger word. They're über helpful.

Have fun and COMMIT!
