ON A MISSION TO LOSE 20 LBS WITH SLIMMING WORLD

It just so happens to be the "diet" I'm on and have come to love! :) 

Hi everyone! Happy new year! I, for one, am glad it's a new year! 2017 was crazy and sad and heart-breaking and apparently I'm not the only one who thought so. Even the media was agreement. And that's kind of nuts. 

SO- what's 2018 Kat up to? Well, for starters, I'm back on the Slimming World, gotta lose some L B's, wagon. Fuh-real though, joining SW made me realise that, in order to shed that baggage weight, I had to massively change the way I ate. I was working out and "eating healthy", but I wasn't really. I was still eating a lot of junk that was counterbalancing all of my hard work in the gym. I honestly thought if I had ONE healthy meal for the day (along with lots of chocolate and biscuits and sugar, sugar, sugar) that it would help me lose weight. 

OH HOW WRONG I WAS. 

I still really miss sugar & creamer in my coffee, like, a lot, but I save stuff like that for Christmas. Or my birthday!! 

Which brings me to my challenge to launch TWENTY18- fit into my bestie's awesomely sexy party dress. 

So here we go!

20 lbs to lose.

Week 1: -2.5 lbs with 18.5 to go!

I can do this!
